How do I redeem a coupon?
We frequently send out discounts/coupons to our customers from eCrater & eBay. Simply contact us with the information on the coupon,etc. before paying. We'll deduct it from the price & send a new invoice.
What is the s/h for item(s)?
S/H should be located in the description. If it is not, please email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Some items have insurance included in the price. This will be noted at the end of item description. Most of the time, insurance is optional. We're not responsible for items once shipped. If insurance is purchased (or included in s/h rates) we're happy to help you w/ the carrier.

What shipping service do you use?
We offer a list of shipping services that include:
USPS 1st class
USPS Parcel Post
USPS Priority & Priority Flat Rate Box (if item(s) fits into box w/ packing material for safety)
UPS Ground, Next Day, 2 Day, etc.
Local Pick Up
The customer will choose the shipping service they prefer from the list. If you do not see the service you want to use,email us w/ the information. We will always do what we can to help our customers.
How can I place a custome order for Faux Treats,bunting,etc.?
Just email us @ email@example.com. We'll also be doing orders for Halloween, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthdays & Christmas! The Faux Treats make great place card holders, gifts & displays that will last. These contain no food producsts. We'll also have hand sewn & decorated crd stock bunting in any size you desire.
